Naikoon Contracting believes in community, which is why getting involved and giving back is so important to us. We’ve been involved with BC school since 1985, and are proud to offer interested students internships to gain invaluable knowledge and experience within the construction industry. These placements lead students to exposure in emerging career paths and pave the way for trade school graduation. In fact, many interns have returned to us to complete the Red Seal apprenticeship program in carpentry.
We have launched a bursary program in the Queen Charlotte Islands, where we completed a large public construction project. We’ve enjoyed helping the ambitious youth of the Queen Charlotte discover a love and passion for innovative construction. Read a thank you letter from one of the recipients HERE.
In addition to being the founder and president of Naikoon Contracting, Joe Geluch, has been instructor at Vancouver Community College in Vancouver, BC. He enjoyed sharing his knowledge and experience with interior design student looking to gain a basic knowledge of the residential construction industry, and the ability to be able to communicate with tradesmen on the job site.
