  • Josef Geluch

Joe Geluch has been in the construction business since the tender age of six, when he began following his father around his shop in Masset, on Haida Gwaii. While back then he was particularly effective at getting in the way, today he runs one of the most experienced High Performance Home Building companies around,  along with it’s diversified divisions.

Joe is a Red Seal certified Carpenter, a Gold Seal trained project manager and a born businessman. He is a founding Member of Canada’s Net Zero Energy Housing Council, sits on the City of North Vancouver’s Design Advisory Panel and spent 4 years as a Construction Instructor at VCC.  His passion for building intricate, eco-friendly homes combined with this natural business acumen has helped Naikoon become what it is today.

When not visiting sites and checking in with his supervisors, Joe can be found in the Naikoon offices, intently dreaming up the next big thing for green home building.

  • Josh Klein
    Senior Project Manager

17 years ago, Josh Klein decided that dentistry was not the answer to life’s eternal happiness. He found that construction was more suited for him.

Josh began working in construction in 1999. He apprenticed his way through BCIT while working on some of the finest homes in Vancouver. After twelve years of contracting, managing and building custom homes, Josh decided that it was time for a new challenge. When the opportunity presented itself to join the Naikoon team as a Site Supervisor, he jumped at the chance.

Aside from construction, Josh really enjoys his R&R. Architecture has always been a passion for him and is always looking for new ideas. He’s also done some extensive travelling and has many stories to tell – though not so many about dentistry.
